Pat Voltapetti is a third generation Real Estate Investor with a decade of experience as a broker, operator, owner, negotiator, and educator in the commercial real estate space. He has been a part of over $3B in commercial transactions in his career. Pat's skillsets are actively utilized for commercial acquisitions, customer acquisitions and business development. 

Jesse DiLillo is a real estate investor and entreprenuer with over 17 years of successful investment experience. Jesse's skill set includes equity and debt funding, deal analysis, property management, and the overall execution of deals. Jesse is actively utilized for his experience, credibility and reputation to drive continued success to our internal portfolio as well as assisting our students with their own portfolios too.
